The passage of Congress of the 2009 Economic Stimilus Package includes a Federal Tax deduction on STATE, LOCAL, AND EXCISE TAXES you pay on new on-road MOTORCYCLES. The tax deductalbility applies to new motorcycles purchased between Feb. 17, 2009-Dec. 31, 2009. Refer to your local tax consultant for all the details.
